Another female protester injured in last week's violence in Mansoura has died in hospital.
The victim, named as 52-year-old Feryal Ismail Badr al-Zohairy, sustained a gunshot wound to the head and remained in a coma until she died on Friday morning, a Health Ministry official said.
The official said prosecutors had been notified amid an ongoing investigation into the violence.
Three other women died and dozens others were injured in Mansoura after a march for supporters of deposed President Mohamed Morsy came under attack from an unidentified group in al-Ter'a Street.
Zohairy is the sister of Shaaban al-Zohairy, a Muslim Brotherhood leader in Daqahlia whose wife was also one of the other three victims who died in the same incident.
Two defendants were detained pending investigations into attacks on protesters.
Arrest warrants have reportedly been issued for four other suspects.
