A massive blast was heard in the 7th neighborhood of Nasr City on Tuesday morning, coming from the area behind a restaurant. The blast caused a state of panic between residents.
The explosion was reported to Civil Protection which found out the blast is the result a homemade bomb that exploded behind the restaurant, but did not result in any casualties.
The area is currently being investigated by bomb specialists and the prosecution.
