The death toll from clashes between anti-government protesters and police moved up from four to seven, while 847 others were injured across various provinces as of 5pm, the Health Ministry said in a statement.
Deaths were counted as two in Minya, two in Giza, and three in Cairo.
The injuries were counted in Alexandria, Giza, Fayoum, Ismailia, Minya, Cairo and Beni Suef.
