Defense Minister Field Marshal Abdel Fattah al-Sisi expressed on Friday Egyptian support for Libya in a phone call with Libyan Prime Minister Ali Zidan few hours after the latter denied a coup was performed in Libya.
The official website of the Libyan government said, “the call targeted reassuring situations in Libya after news were circulated over military moves in Libya.”
According to the website, Sisi highlighted support for Libya saying that Egypt will not be reluctant with whoever targets Libya and its security.
