South Sinai prosecution resumed its investigations into cameras and footage of the tourist bus that exploded near Taba. There is no footage of the suicide bomber yet from any of the cameras that were checked. Only the general scene appeared.
The site of the explosion was inspected on Tuesday and the body parts of the suicide bomber were taken. Security sources confirmed that the bomber entered the bus, despite the presence of a security checkpoint few meters away. When the Korean guide and the Egyptian driver prevented him from entering further, he detonated his explosives.
Mohamed al-Ashry, head of the Sharm al-Sheikh International Hospital, said all the South Koreans injured have almost recovered and are allowed to leave the hospital at anytime. He added that they are still awaiting preparations made for their travel through their travel agency. Two of the injured required surgery but have almost fully recovered.
