A barber allegedly killed the son of his friend after he kidnapped him and demanded a ransom of LE60,000.
The 30-year-old barber, who was sentenced to three years in prison in two previous cases, reportedly sensed that his friend recognized his voice while he was bargaining with him on the phone, killed the boy and dumped him in Badr City.
The body was found and the barber was arrested after he allegedly confessed to the crime.
