The Egyptian stock exchange closed Thursday on a positive note for the second consecutive session with a turnover of LE911 million.
The market's main index EGX30 rose 1.65 percent to 9,458.57 points, EGX data showed.

Meanwhile, the broader index EGX70 was up 1 percent and EGX100 rose 1.19 percent.
Local institutions were recorded as net buyer with LE21.66 million, while the Egyptian retail investors were net sellers, recording a net flow of LE14.80 million.
EGX market capital gained LE4.5 billion to hit LE521.93 billion compared to LE517.43 billion on Wednesday.
