Ashraf al-Araby, minister of planning and administrative reform, said the ministry is reviewing the voters' lists for the next parliamentary elections.
At a workshop of the Administrative Reform Forum on Sunday, Araby said the officials of the Mubarak regime have the right to vote or run in the elections as long as they have not been convicted of crimes.
“All citizens have that right,” he added.
