Bassem Youssef may return to television in the near future, according to his recent post on his Facebook page.
"This is the first time I've spoken on the Internet for a long time. I am not talking to announce the return of my program, as I might be back to the screen and might not," Bassem Youssef said in a video on his page.
"I want to express admiration for some programs on YouTube, as I saw several successful ones, particularly 'Zee' Mawhebtk' (Air your Talent)," he said.
"It is an excellent idea and it has a great future. We will soon see many videos of greatly talented people. Watch it because it is a good program," he added.
