An officer and three conscripts with the North Sinai security troops were injured on Sunday in a bomb blast in the al-Taweel area, south of Sheikh Zuwaid city.
They were transferred to Arish military hospital for treatment.
Authorities in question were notified to investigate the incident.
Violence has been rampant in the Sinai Peninsula since the ousting of former President Hosni Mubarak in 2011 and has increased since former President Mohamed Morsi was toppled in 2013.
