Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly held a meeting with the ministers of military production, trade and industry, investment, housing and the president of the Suez Canal economic zone to discuss the formulation of a plan to attract further US investments.
Madbouly said that “The government will hold several meetings during the next period to set a plan to attract investments from giant US companies and entities as part of the country’s plan for encourage global companies to work in Egypt.”
He added that the government would focus its efforts on holding partnerships with the important US companies in several fields such as health, military production, investment in the Suez Canal Area and housing.
State Minister for Military Production Mohammed al-Assar said that the ministry cooperated with several US companies and has been coordinating with US companies in the field of car manufacturing.
