Meteorologists predict a gradual increase in temperatures across all parts of Egypt starting on Sunday and lasting until Wednesday.
Hot and humid weather is expected on Sunday during the day over Greater Cairo, the Delta, South Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt.
The weather will be mild on northern parts until Greater Cairo, while moderate on the remaining parts of Egypt at night.
High temperatures for the following cities are:
Alexandria: 32C
Cairo: 35C
Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh: 36C
Qena and Luxor: 38C
Aswan: 39C
Active winds are expected on northern Upper Egypt, Greater Cairo and South Sinai, reducing humidity at night.
Light fog is expected in the morning on some roads leading to Greater Cairo, the Delta, and the North Coast.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be light to moderate, ranging between one and 1.75 meters in height with northwestern surface winds, while waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
