CAIRO, Oct 28 (MENA) – Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry received a phone call from his Saudi opposite number Prince Faisal bin Farhan to discuss the expansion of the Israeli military operations in Gaza and the need to establish a truce.
The two ministers also discussed the threats of this new escalation and the necessity of adopting an immediate humanitarian truce, protecting civilians, delivering aid in a safe and sustainable manner, and avoiding expanding the scope of the conflict in the region, said the foreign ministry spokesman, in a post on X platform.
