The Palestinian Health Ministry announced the death of about 18,000 people in Gaza since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Al-Qahera News Channel reported on Sunday.
Occupation forces have continued their relentless bombing of various areas by land, sea and air since the end of the temporary humanitarian truce, the extension of which has not been announced.
The truce, which lasted for seven days, allowed the exchange of detainees in Gaza for Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons, and facilitated the entry of humanitarian aid into the besieged Strip.
The Israeli occupation army announced on Sunday that 426 of its soldiers and officers have been killed since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip, with 102 killed at the start of its ground operation.
It added that 1,593 others were injured, with 255 in critical condition.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas movement, announced on Sunday that they have killed 10 Israeli occupation army soldiers in al-Faluga, north of the Gaza Strip.
