Egypt’s Al-Ahly SC completed its second training session in Tunisia, on Wednesday, at Rades Stadium’s training ground, in preparation for its match on Friday against Al-Ahly Benghazi of Libya in the first leg of the CAF Champions League round of 16.
The official Al-Ahly SC website said that the training session began with a technical lecture by Mohamed Youssef to the players, followed by physical exercises.
It concluded with a practice match in which all players participated.
Ahly aims to reclaim the coveted CAF Champions League title after losing the previous edition, exiting the tournament in the semi-finals at the hands of South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns.
