Alexandria Public Transport Syndicate said that the officials are ignoring the demands of the drivers and confirmed in a statement that they will continue their strike.
The statement said the legitimate demands include a minimum wage, the disbursement of the indemnity that was halted last year, total renovation of the bus fleet, a fixed monthly bonus and equal compensation compared to rail and subway workers.
