Egyptian actor Amir Al-Masry was keen to attend the special screening of the fifth season of “The Crown” series in London.
In the film he plays the character of the Egyptian businessman Mohamed al-Fayed in the prime of his life.
The first episodes of the fifth season launched on November 9.
Masry will also participate in the “COP 27” climate conference, as an ambassador for the Shabab El Balad Initiative.
The Egyptian version of the UN global initiative “Generation Unlimited”, launched by the UNICEF, aiming to develop the skills of the world’s youth, link them to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities and enhance their positive social role.
Masry also has the “Hashtag Gawezny” movie currently showing in Arab cinemas, in conjunction with the launch of his British series “SAS Rogue Heroes” on the https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer in which he plays the role of an Egyptian doctor during World War II.
