Actor Amir Eid has contracted with the WATCH IT platform for a new drama series titled “For Travel Reasons,” after the great success of his “Rivo” series.
For Travel Reasons
“For Travel Reasons,” sees Eid take on a role different from before.
He is joined by a stellar cast that inclues Kamel al-Basha, Nadine, Ayman al-Sheiwi, and others.
Filming began in April within Cairo, and the date of its release will be determined soon.
Rivo
Eid made a name for himself as an actor with “Rivo”.
The series follows Maryam, a young woman on a quest to discover the truth about her father’s relationship with the Rivo musical band, one of the famous bands of the nineties, and the secrets he kept.
An ensemble cast joined the series, including Tamer Hashem, Sedki Sakhr, Mina al-Naggar, Amr Gamal, Sarah Abdel Rahman, Malak al-Husseini, Rakeen Saad, Hassan Abul-Rous, Mohamed al-Mawli, Hisham al-Shazly, Hossam Hosni, and others.
