Due to pressing issues on Syria, the Arab League will move the meeting of the 140th session of foreign ministers council to Sunday instead of Tuesday, according to Deputy Secretary General Ahmed ben Helli. The league will hear Arab countries’ proposals as well as talks by Secretary-General Nabil al-Araby.
Another prior meeting will be held on the same day for the representatives to draft the agenda, including several political, security and economic issues of joint Arab action as well as developing issues on the top the list. Among issues included in the agenda are the developments in Syria and Israeli-Palestinian negotiations. These sessions are normally held every six months in March and September.
