The Railway Authority announced that the movement of trains between Cairo and Aswan has returned to normal, following the explosion of an IED in Giza's Ayat village on Tuesday evening.
Bomb squads defused another bomb at the scene of the incident.
Prosecutors have requested that the National Security Agency launch an investigation on those responsible for the bombing.
According to investigations, the bomb damaged a part of the rail bar. The incident caused no deaths or injuries.
