The Cabinet approved a draft law to extend the suspension of law No. 113 of 1939 on agricultural land tax for another year.
This came during the Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday under Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.
The decision was taken with an aim to alleviate the tax burden on those working in the agricultural field and encourage them to increase their production.
