The Egyptian Doctors Syndicate Thursday urged the Health Ministry to provide more substantial bonuses and incentives for syndicate members in light of the "austere" financial conditions currently faced by the nation’s doctors.
"Doctors need financial support to be able to attend international conferences and take specialized courses in order to meet the standards set for them by the ministry," said syndicate president Hamdi el-Sayed.
