Egypt’s Foreign Ministry on Tuesday slammed a failed coup attempt in Sudan and affirmed its support for the transitional government institutions in Sudan, and its tireless efforts to achieve the dreams of its people at a critical moment in the nation’s history.
Egypt, the government and people, stressed its full keenness on the stability, security and development of Sudan, and Cairo’s rejection of any attempt to obstruct development efforts, as part of the eternal ties that unite the peoples of the Nile Valley.
