Egyptian officials said that five ports have been closed on the Red Sea Wednesday due to the bad weather Egypt is facing.
Port Commission Chairman, Mamdouh Daraz said that the current wind speed and rising tides have caused five ports to close, while further disruptions and closures may occur over the next 48 hours due to the bad weather.
Security officials in Egypt said that the bad weather led to the death of four people and 35 people injured in car accidents on three main highways near Cairo.
