Egypt’s market loses LE1.43 billion on Tuesday, EGX30 down 0.20%

Egypt's market closed in the red zone on Tuesday's session, as the EGX30 went down by 0.20 percent, reaching 8,674.34 points, and a weak turnover of LE325 million, according to the data from the Egyptian Exchange.
 
Meanwhile, the small and mid-cap index EGX70 and the broader EGX100 index declined by 0.91 percent and 0.62 percent, respectively.
 
Arab and foreign institutions were net buyers, recording net flows of LE1.6 million and LE 26.4 million, respectively, while local institutions were net sellers, recording net flows of LE45.7 million.
 
The EGX market capital lost a total of LE1.43 billion (US$188 million), hitting LE497.86 billion, compared to LE599.29 billion on Monday.
