Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy and UAE Ambassador to Egypt Maryam al Kaabi launched on Saturday 30/12/2023 the 8th Zayed Charity Run 2023 in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
The event is implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in cooperation with the UAE under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
Sobhy asserted that the event reflects the brotherly ties between Egypt and the UAE, lauding the high participation of the youth and citizens from different ages and people with determination in the event.
Sobhy pointed out that the revenues of the event will be allocated for the authorities, bodies and hospitals to present services to the citizens for free.
Sobhy thanked all who contributed to the success of the event.
Meanwhile, Kaabi lauded the organization of the event, asserting the depth of ties between the UAE and Egypt.
