EgyptAir has placed a 20 percent discount on all international flights to and from Egypt, announced the Chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Holding Company Roshdy Zakaria on Monday.
Zakaria said that customers traveling from Egypt can use the discount when purchasing tickets from now until January 14th, while the discount will continue to be granted to those coming from all external destinations to Egypt on EgyptAir flights to Cairo until January 31.
This discount comes from the Egyptian state’s desire to successfully organize and host the 2021 World Men’s Handball Championship, held from January 13 to 31 as the first handball tournament held amid the coronavirus outbreak.
EgyptAir said that customers can book and purchase tickets via the company’s website, or contacting the customer service center via 1717 on mobile and 090070000 on landline, or visiting by EgyptAir’s offices and agents.
The Chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Airlines Amr Abu al-Enein assured that all workers abroad are committed precautionary measures against the coronavirus. He stressed that all passengers coming to Egypt must present a PCR examination certificate with a negative result 72 hours before the flight’s arrival.
