EgyptAir on Friday witnessed its highest number of daily flights since the airline international flights on July 1.
The company is scheduled to operate 41 flights to destinations including London, Larnaca, New York, Athens, Paris, Sharjah, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Berlin, Frankfurt, Khartoum, Bahrain, Abuja, Juba, Rome, Munich, Budapest, Bahrain, Beirut, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Milan.
EgyptAir said that its daily flights includes domestic flights to Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada and Aswan, as well as cargo flights, and exceptional flights to Medina, Jeddah, Riyadh, Qassim, Istanbul, Algeria, Kuwait and Muscat.
The daily flights carry approximately 4,000 passengers.
Egyptian Airport authorities are taking all precautionary measures to counter the outbreak of the coronavirus to ensure the safety of passengers, in accordance with instructions from the World Health Organization and the Egyptian Ministry of Health.
Measures include reducing congestion, especially at counters, areas of inspection, and in elevators.
