The Technical University of Munich awarded the Egyptian scientist Ahmed Hanafy Ramadan prize of the best doctoral dissertation on modeling and design of single-molecule devices.
Born in Cairo, Ramadan received his Bachelor's of Science in electronics from the German University in Egypt in 2009 and the Master's of Science in Embedded Systems from the University of Stuttgart Germany in 2010.
According to the Academic Ranking of World Universities, known as Shanghai Ranking, the TUM occupied the 53rd place in 2014.
