Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly held a meeting with the Minister of Planning and Administrative Reform Hala al-Saed, and Executive Director of the National Academy for Youth Training and Rehabilitation Rasha Ragheb to discuss outlines for a presidential initiative to train African youth.
Madbouly said that the government would organize several training programs within the initiative, aiming to reinforce the prestige of Egypt in Africa before taking over presidency of the African Union in 2019.
al-Saed added that the initiative would include the African Women Leadership Training Program, the African Youth Career Program, and Egyptian-African Governance Program.
Ghaleb clarified that the program would teach theories on management, economics, scientific planning, technology, negotiation skills and more.
