Egypt’s synchronized swimming team on Monday qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The team secured its qualification for the Olympics after reaching the finals at the World Aquatics Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, with a total of 179.03 points.
The Egyptian national team is participating with eight players in the Paris Olympics, as part of the team competition.
Thus, the synchronized swimming team joins the finalists for the Paris Olympic Games.
The Olympic football team succeeded in qualifying after winning the silver medal in the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.
Also qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics are Marawan al-Qamash in the 800-meter freestyle, Mohannad Shaaban in the modern pentathlon competition, and Azmi Muhailiba in the skeet shooting competition.
