Eight people were killed and four others were injured after a pickup truck overturned and fell from the Fouka Bridge on the Alexandria-Matrouh coastal road on Tuesday.
The emergency operations room of Matrouh Health Directorate received a notification on the accident on the Matrouh-Alexandria road at Fouka Bridge.
Ambulances immediately rushed to the site of the incident.
The victims were transferred to the Ras al-Hekma Hospital, which received all eight bodies and four injured survivors.
