Former Vice President Mohamed ElBaradei said on Twitter that it is high time for Arabs, Iran and Turkey to bite the bullet and start dialogue in order to end the political and sectarian battle that ruptures the region.
In a second tweet, he added: “We Arabs will continue to destroy ourselves until we understand – as others did – that we have no option but to live together as human beings, regardless of any religious or ethnic differences.”
He also added: “We are all losers if this situation prevails.”
