The Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) on Monday posted a picture on Facebook of Mohamed Morsy’s son wearing a white prison uniform like his father.
Osama Morsy was shown from the front and the side to simulate the pictures taken of his father.
The party had launched a campaign titled ‘Take a Picture of Yourself Dressed in White,' saying that 'the color white is the color of pride' and that 'prison is for the honest.'
The party also posted a picture of Morsy in a white uniform with Nelson Mandela next to him wearing the same and called on all its members to do the same.
Al-Masry Al-Youm exclusively published the picture of Morsy in the uniform he had refused to wear in his trial on 4 November.
