Egyptian Olympic wrestler Hamdy Abdel-Wahab has made history as the first Egyptian MMA player to defeat the American Don’Tale Mayes, at the UFC martial arts game.
The official newspaper of the UFC organization congratulated Abdel-Wahab on the achievement.

The player has managed to achieve his sixth consecutive victory in martial arts and the first in the UFC.
Abdel-Wahab announced his contract with the UFC, where he will be pitted against the most famous international fighters in martial arts.
He also assured that he will always represent Egypt in his matches, and expressed his pride in becoming the first Egyptian to join the UFC.
