The Eid al-Adha holiday ends on Thursday, June 20 according to dates which set by the Cabinet and Labor Ministry for the public and private sectors, and the holiday announced by the Central Bank of Egypt for the banking sector.
According to the holiday decisions issued last week by the relevant authorities, banks will return to work after the Eid al-Adha holiday starting on Sunday, June 23, while employees will return to work starting on Saturday, June 22.
The Cabinet specified the days of Eid al-Adha vacation from Saturday, June 15 to Thursday, June 20, which is a paid vacation.
The Ministry of Labor also designated the same period for the private sector, with paid leave.
