Historic milestone: Three women appointed to State Council’s General Secretariat

For the first time, three female judges were appointed to the General Secretariat and Technical Office of the Presidency of the State Council: Counselor Hind Ahmed Ali Aliwa, Counselor Radwa Helmy Ahmed, and Counselor Mona Mahmoud Ahmed.

The President of the State Council Ahmed Aboud approved on Wednesday the general judicial movement in the Council for the judicial year 2024/ 2025, starting from October 1, 2024.

The movement included the attachment of 108 counselors to the Supreme Administrative Court, 1,239 counselors to the Administrative Court, 568 counselors to the administrative and disciplinary courts, and 1,700 counselors to the State Commissioners Authority.

Counselor Aboud stressed the importance of keeping pace with developments in the judicial movement within the State Council.

He referred to the development of technological and digital tools that the State Council has recently been eager to introduce into the judicial work system, in order to better facilitate work and ease burdens on citizens.

Aboud added that the State Council judges have always served as an honorable example in giving, exerting effort and dedication to their work.
