The Egyptian Meteorological Authority expects a remarkable rise in temperature starting Tuesday and warns of sharp and rapid fluctuations in weather over the next few days. The authority has nonetheless advised citizens not to wear light clothes at night.
In a statement on Monday, the authority stated the temperature in Cairo tomorrow will be 38C, accompanied by dust storms in some areas.
Mist is expected in the morning in Lower Egypt, Cairo and the Suez Canal, which will affect visibility. Low- and medium-level clouds will appear in the North. Winds will range between mild and moderate and will be active westward.
The temperature forecast in Hurghada for Tuesday according to the Egyptian Meteorological Authority website, is 35C during the day and 20C at night, in Luxor 35C during the day and 20C at night, and in Aswan 36C during the day and C21 at night.
