Meteorologists expect hot weather to prevail on Friday across Egypt.
Weather will be hot and humid in Lower Egypt and Cairo, and very hot in Upper Egypt.
Maximum temperatures predicted 37C in Cairo and 32C in Alexandria, 42C in Qena, 43C in Luxor and 44C in Aswan.
Low and medium-level clouds will appear over the North Coast and Upper Egypt, with mist affecting visibility in the morning.
Winds are expected to be mostly northwesterly and moderate in strength. They will be active throughout Upper Egypt, South Sinai, the Red Sea governorate and the Gulf of Suez.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters in height, with rougher waves in the Red Sea ranging between 2 to 2.5 meters in height.
Surface wind will be northwesterly in both seas.
