Meteorologists expect very hot weather to prevail across all parts of Egypt on Friday. Temperatures are to be mild across all parts at night.
Weather is expected to be nice along the north coast, with the maximum temperature expected in Alexandria at 31 C.
Low- and medium-level clouds will appear above the north coast. Mist will affect visibility in the morning, especially in northern parts.
Winds are expected to be mostly northwesterly and moderate in strength. They will be active over Upper Egypt, South Sinai, and the Gulf of Suez, disrupting maritime navigation.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will range between 1.5 to 2 meters in height; while in the Red Sea, they ae expected to range between 2 to 2.5 meters in height. Surface wind will be northwesterly in both seas.
Maximum temperatures predicted for Friday are as follows; in Cairo: 40 C, in Alexandria: 31 C, in Qena: 41 C, in Luxor: 43 C and in Aswan: 43 C.
