Security services barred journalists on Sunday from accessing the trial of toppled President Mohamed Morsy and 14 other Muslim Brotherhood members over charges of killing protesters.
The trial session started off with testimonies from witnesses.
The judge allowed state TV to enter the session to show the defendants' attendance. It was also allowed to access the trial toward its end to film the court decision.
The trial was postponed on Saturday in order to hear testimonies from the presidential guard chief and officers who were in charge of securing Morsy during the incidents.
Morsy and 14 others, including Brotherhood leaders and presidential staff, are accused of instigating the murder and torture of protesters outside Ettehadiya presidential palace in December 2012 during clashes between Morsy supporters and opponents.
