Students at a primary school for blind students closed the school Tuesday and announced an open-ended sit-in to protest the ill-treatment of the principal.
Students said that the director of the school treats them very badly and forces a worker to beat them.
Mostafa Marei, Director General of Kafr al-Sheikh Education Department, said he headed a committee and went to the school to investigate the incident and listen to the students.
The police also attended to the school to file a report with its closure.
