Egypt's administrative court postponed five lawsuits that called for disbanding the Muslim Brotherhood, seizing its headquarters and funds and banning its activities to 24 April.
The lawsuits said the MB conducted social and political activities since the 1930s even though the group had been outlawed for more than 60 years.
They added that in July 2002, the law governing NGOs was issued and the MB had to adjust its status and stop its political activities, but it did not.
The claimants also said that the MB established the Freedom and Justice Party and funded it, which is a violation of the laws that govern NGOs.
