Main complaints by tourists in 2014

The Tourism Ministry has revealed the main complaints tourists had about Egypt in 2014, the most common of which where pertaining to the road conditions, the traffic, security, hygiene, prices, harassment, begging, food and airport services.
 
Abu Bakr al-Guindi, chairman of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, said revenues garnered from museums and archaeological sites do not cover expenses. “They have no money to clean the Kom Ombo temple, for example,” he said.
 
Adla Ragab, economic advisor to the Tourism Minister, said the ministry will analyze and address the complaints.
