Marsa Matrouh tribesmen have called on Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb, who is currently visiting the province along with nine ministers, to find solutions for their problems, the most important being the ownership of lands on which bedouin houses are built.
One of the tribesmen raised the issue of reconsidering access to the Salloum border crossing, which is the only trade exit for the governorate.
The locals also urged the reexamination of investments in the province in order to double the return in Marsa Matrouh, nonetheless praising recent Arab investments that have begun to refresh the Egyptian economy.
