Dozens of Muslim Brotherhood supporters in Helwan staged a march after Friday prayers in response to the pro-legitimacy alliance call for protests against sentencing toppled President Mohamed Morsi and MB leaders to death.
The protesters chanted against the police, the army and President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, raising Rabaa signs and pictures of Morsi.
The police dispersed the march with tear gas and protesters responded with fireworks and birdshot. The police chased the protesters through side streets.
