Egypt’s Meteorological Authority on Monday unveiled a map of expected rainfall locations across the country from December 2 until December 6.
The authority urged that all necessary preparations and measures be taken to limit the impact of the rainfall, and added that the forecasts will be updated daily.
Wednesday, December 2
Light to moderate rains are expected in several cities including Alexandria, Matrouh, Salloum, Port Said, Al-Arish, and Rafah.
The Delta governorates will witness light rains in several governorates including Kafr El Sheikh, and Beheira.
Thursday and Friday, December 3-4
Cold weather without rains are anticipated across the country.
Saturday, December 5
Light to moderate rains are expected in several cities within the North Coast, including Baltim, Port Said, Al-Arish, Damietta, and Rafah.
Sunday, December 6
The North Coast will see light rains in several cities including Port Said, Al-Arish, Damietta, and Rafah.
