Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah unfollowed singer Sherine Abdel Wahab on instagram.
Abdel Wahab had published, through her account on instagram, a picture with Salah, before entering a hospital for drug addiction treatment and commented on the photo: “When the moon is full.”
Salah had followed her and others through his official account on instagram.
He follows many famous Egyptian and Arab artists, including Asala, Tara Emad, Ahmed Daoud and others.
Salah presented earlier an anti-drug campaign under the slogan “You are stronger than drugs”.
The campaign was launched by the Anti-Drug Fund of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, as part of a counter-drug abuse national campaign.
Salah volunteered in the campaign, which received great interaction by young people on social media.
You are stronger than drugs:
The Anti Drug Abuse Fund launched a new series of the “You are stronger than drugs” campaign, with the voluntary participation of international football star Mohamed Salah under the title “Drugs are a short journey, don’t go for it.”
The ad revolved around the instantaneous and imaginary effect of drugs on the mind and the feelings of abusers of different segments of society.
These included young people, workers, employees and drivers: between the beginning of the journey and the delusional sense of euphoria, to the inevitable fall into the dark clutches of addiction.
Portraying the many psychological, economic and physical losses in a spiral effect that users never really see coming.
Salah appears at the end of the ad holding the hand of a young man to keep him from falling into the dark abyss of addiction, repeating, “Drugs are a short journey, don’t go for it. You are stronger than drugs.”
