Meteorologists expect moderate weather across Egypt’s northern parts up until north Upper Egypt on Sunday, with mildly hot temperatures across southern Upper Egypt during the daytime.
The weather will grow colder at night throughout the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 27C in Alexandria, 29C in Cairo, 31C in Qena and Luxor, and 32C in Aswan.
Mist will impact visibility in the morning in the northern parts of the country until northern Upper Egypt, and will be denser in some areas.
Low- and medium-level clouds anticipated across most parts of the country, accompanied by rainfall on the cities of Halayeb and Shalateen.
Winds will be northeastern and moderate, active on the Gulf of Suez, potentially disrupting maritime navigation there.
Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and two meters in height. Surface winds on the Mediterranean Sea will be northeastern, while surface winds on the Red Sea will be northwestern.
