Mohamed Salah joins African scoring legends of English Premier League: FIFA

Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah has become the fourth African player to score more than 20 goals in one season of the English Premier League (EPL), the International Football Association (FIFA) said on Wednesday.
Salah joins Ivorian striker Didier Drogba, Ivorian striker Yaya Toure and Togolese striker Emmanuel Adebayor as players that have scored more than 20 goals in the EPL, according to the FIFA’s official Twitter account.
The FIFA tweet read: “Mohamed Salah is now the fourth African player to score 20+ goals in a @premierleague season, joining some elite company!”
Salah scored two goals for the Reds in their last match against Tottenham Hotspur, lifting his score to a total of 21 goals in the English Premier League.
Salah is currently the second top scorer of the English league for this season behind the leading striker Harry Kane with 22 goals.
